"I never leave bad reviews but I have to say this because we were in Knoxville for a just one year and honestly couldn't switch from this agent fast enough (and even that felt like a pain!). Their terrible response time and lack of GOOD customer service and professionalism is disappointing for an otherwise amazing agency. Such as I asked them to add my name to my car (when I log into my app my car isn't there, can you say unsettling in the midst of a car accident?? And 7 months later when I had a hit and run this week, it STILL wasn't in there?? Or today, we were talked down to with an unprofessional use of 'familiar' names like "you got it, colonel," (what? I don't really even know you, and is that derogatory?). And it's just felt like everything we ask for is a nuisance to them. I have had State Farm for 34 years, and I've had only one other agent that was similarly lacking in customer care, so we left him too. I'm sorry but insurance is bad enough to deal with, and your agent should be the bridge between, the calm in the storm, bc the only time you NEED insurance, is when you're dealing with stressful and upsetting situations, and to have an agent act like you're pulling teeth to have them do anything for you is ridiculous. Check out "Positive Intelligence," that might help you right the ship man."
"The review is under Andy's name, but this is obviously Craig Kennedy (Open Doors Organization Program Coordinator). I have tried to call you back, but you are sending my calls to voicemail. Given the tone of your review, I would have expected more professionalism and courtesy from you instead of ducking my calls to have this conversation. My staff and I have always responded promptly and professionally to you and Andy for the two years (May 2022) you have been with my office. You were listed as "Colonel Craig Kennedy" in our system when transferred to TN, and that is how your mail is addressed. My father-in-law is a retired Army colonel, and if he had asked to be addressed as such, I would respect his wishes. It was NOT used flippantly but with respect, just as when I addressed you as "Sir." If you have asked for your mail to be addressed to Col Craig Kennedy, then calling you Craig would the familiar name. Andy never made a request to be added as a named insured until contacting our call center at 8:53 AM this morning. You (Craig) did speak with me this morning to transfer to another agency, a task I completed with you on the phone and verified you received a confirmation email before ending the call. I wish you well in your future endeavors and with your new agent. "

"I made a general inquiry on an app about changing my insurance and this office has harrassed me for weeks. Someone named Samantha is calling me early in the morning waking me up. This branch isn't even local to me."

When you entered your information on the website asking for quotes to save money on your insurance, they sold your information to several insurance companies, including my office. Samantha was only doing her job, which is to try and save you money on your car insurance, and had attempted to reach you by phone and text message. After you informed her you were not interested, she immediately took you off the call list. I apologize for the inconvenience and interrupting your sleep."

"Don't go to John. I wouldn't recommend State farm in general. I included towing with my insurance and apparently you're not allowed to use it, Regardless of what life throws at you. Rejecting my service is a bit much, over "excessive towing" you could be professionals and revoke the towing instead of losing customers. Oh well. Garbage company. See ya 🤡"
